Suspicious tours (speeding, teleports, route mismatches, missed rests when the VTC enforces driving times) wait for a review. The founder and co-owners can approve every delivery, roles with the Review deliveries right can approve others' tours – nobody but an owner approves their own.

Co-owners book, pay out and review just like the founder. Pay and review rules, bank loans, new co-owners, deleting and handing over the VTC stay with the founder.

Drivers climb the rank ladder with the kilometres of their approved deliveries for the VTC. Each rank can give rights on top of the role – for example Drive tours for the VTC: every job a driver takes in ETS2 is booked for the company automatically; without that right the tour waits for a review.

Create a Discord webhook in your channel (Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks), add it in HAULIX under My VTC → Discord and tick the daily, weekly or monthly report. Each finished day, week or month is posted once.

Overlays need ETS2 in borderless fullscreen or window mode – exclusive fullscreen hides them. HAULIX can switch that for you: Settings → Notifications → ETS2 display mode. With “Place on screen” you can drag the HUD anywhere.

Co-Owner buchen, zahlen aus und prüfen genau wie der Gründer. Lohn- und Prüfregeln, Bankkredite, neue Co-Owner, Löschen und Übergeben der VTC bleiben beim Gründer.

Fahrer steigen mit den Kilometern ihrer freigegebenen Lieferungen für die VTC auf. Jeder Rang kann zusätzlich zur Rolle Rechte geben – zum Beispiel Aufträge für die VTC fahren: Jeder Auftrag, den ein Fahrer in ETS2 annimmt, wird automatisch für die Firma gebucht; ohne dieses Recht wartet er auf eine Prüfung.
